A) The Parent Statement:

, Assistant to the Dean of Students, using “PARENT STATEMENT” in the subject line, your response to the following question: What particular needs do you see as being important and what interests do you feel your son or daughter should be encouraged to try while enrolled at Tabor?
This information will help us choose your child’s advisor, housing assignment, and roommate. The information you provide will remain confidential.
B) Student Photo: Please take a headshot photo of your student, vertically oriented, on a plain, light colored background, with no other people included. Please, no hats or sunglasses. See examples. Please save the file as a .jpg with your child's name in this format: lastname_firstname.jpg and email it to Maureen Barrett by May 1. This photo will be included in our student directory.
