Hayden Library

Mission of the Charles Hayden Library

The Charles Hayden Library houses a collection of current resources aligned with the Tabor curriculum and reflecting the needs and diversity of our community. It is the goal of the library program to assist students in becoming effective and responsible users of information and to instill an appreciation for ideas captured in print, audio, visual, and digital form.

The library provides a wireless environment for students seeking assistance with assignments, individual and group study spaces, or a quiet, comfortable place to read and conduct research.

The computer classroom and digital media labs are available for individual use and class instruction. Mac laptops, chargers, and headphones are available for student use.

Freeman Keith '42 Collection

Keith designed and supervised the production of hundreds of books published during his

Nancy Wickenden Collection

A fund in honor of former headmaster's wife, Nancy Wickenden, has allowed the purchase of over 200 titles carefully selected to compliment our school’s curriculum in history and social sciences.
