Tony Jaccaci Discusses How Schools Can “Think Like Startups” on Inspiring Schools Podcast

Tabor Academy Head of School Tony Jaccaci was recently featured on the Inspiring Schools Podcast, where he discussed the evolving challenges and opportunities facing boarding schools today—from preserving tradition while embracing innovation to the growing role of storytelling, joy, and artificial intelligence in education.

“Schools have a responsibility to preserve what matters most while remaining willing to adapt, innovate, and grow,” says Jaccaci.

“One of the great challenges facing long-standing schools is learning how to think like a startup without losing sight of who you are,” he says.
