Tabor Welcomes Two New Trustees
Tabor is pleased to announce the appointment of two distinguished professionals to its Board of Trustees: Eric Braitmayer and Crystal Carlton Flynn ’95, P’28. As Tabor looks toward its future, their insight and experience will shepherd and steward the school well.
Eric Braitmayer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Imtra Corporation, which imports and manufactures high-quality marine products, advanced LED solutions, and integrated marine systems. Braitmayer worked his way up at Imtra: He began his tenure as a Product Manager in 1988 before becoming Vice President of Marketing and then Chief Operating Officer. He was named President and CEO in 2014.
Braitmayer is the son of Jack Braitmayer ’48 and Nancy Braitmayer. In addition to his service to Tabor, he serves as a trustee of the Marion-based Braitmayer Foundation, a fourth-generation family foundation that advances access to quality education for all students, especially in the communities with the least resources. Braitmayer also serves on the state’s Advisory Board on Employee Ownership, advising the governor and the commonwealth on issues and policy surrounding employee involvement and ownership.
Braitmayer holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bates College and is an Executive Scholar in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Crystal Carlton Flynn ’95, P’28 is Senior Vice President of Global Communications and Events at Hasbro, Inc., a leading toy, intellectual property, and games company. She has been with Hasbro since 2012, where she oversees global communications, including corporate, brand, and internal communications, as well as brand reputation and events.
Flynn began her career at Saks Fifth Avenue and has since held a range of senior marketing and communications leadership roles at Condé Nast, Georg Jensen, Hearts On Fire, and Reebok.
Flynn has been an active member of Tabor’s Head of School Advisory Group since 2023 and has served as a reunion volunteer for her class in several reunion cycles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Connecticut College and lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
