Spring Athletes Recognized at Awards Banquet

Tabor celebrated spring interscholastic teams this past Tuesday at our seasonal athletic awards dinner. It was a high energy and festive event that highlighted many wonderful individual and team performances.

Baseball and softball gave special thanks to their seniors for setting the tone of the “WE vs. ME” attitude that will last for many seasons to come. The crew program will be sending three boats to race at New England’s this weekend and sailing captured another New England title and is headed to nationals this weekend in Portland, ME. The golf program improved this season with an overall record of 14-5-3. The varsity squad finished 4th of 14 in the ISL and both teams are very much looking forward to next season. Both lacrosse programs enjoyed exciting, extremely competitive, and intense seasons, keeping fans on the edge of their seats as the varsity teams played in 15 games that were decided by 1 or 2  goals. The dance team won first place for their salsa routine and wowed the crowd at their annual recital. Girls’ and Boys’ Track had many strong performances at the ISLs and NEs where several of the Seawolves took home medals and earned points for their teams. The Tennis programs enjoyed great comradery this spring and look to finish the season strong as they head into their final match this weekend.

Best of luck to all our teams competing this final weekend of the season. GO SEAWOLVES!
