I recently sold all my partnership interest in some hospitality businesses and have decided to retire from real estate. However, I decided to start medical school (at 70) with the encouragement of my wife, a former paramedic, my son who recently received his doctorate at MIT and my doctor, who at 68 is still in the ER of The San Diego Navy Hospital.
