KATE WOLFF ’04

Kate Wolff ’04 is a Boston-born entrepreneur and creative executive who has made a name for herself in the industry with her quick wit and innovative ideas. After graduating from Tabor Academy, Kate went on to attend Boston University, where she earned her degree and developed her passion for creative advertising.

In early 2020, Kate founded Lupine Creative, a boutique creative agency that has quickly become a rising star in the industry. Despite launching just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Kate’s determination and creativity helped Lupine Creative thrive and build a strong reputation. The agency has worked with a range of high-profile clients, including Google, HBO, FX, LG, Strava, Birdies, Teva, and more.

In addition to her work with Lupine Creative, Kate is also the co-founder of Do The WeRQ, a platform that supports and promotes LGBTQ+ professionals and allies in the workplace. Kate has continued to prioritize inclusivity and social activism in her career bringing people together to foster connections, share experiences, and collaborate on cultural transformations—that support the LGBTQ+ community in front of and behind the scenes, 365 days a year. Only when queer marketing talent is inspired, mobilized, and celebrated—by brand leaders—will queer cultural creativity translate into meaningful business solutions.

Kate is married to Dr. Tracey Samko and resides in Los Angeles with her two pugs, Ziggy and Snacks. She is a talented, creative, and a respected figure in the industry, known for her entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and commitment to social activism. Her quick wit and humor are always on display, and she continues to inspire and motivate others through her work with Lupine Creative and Do The WeRQ.
