Parent/Guardian Events & Important Dates for Tabor Families

We invite you to join fellow alumni, parents, and friends at a reception at the home of Mr. Jon Eberly and Ms. Heather Kessinger, parents of Charlotte ’27. Once registered, street address will be sent in confirmation email.

Enjoy performances from Tabor's string, wind, and choral ensembles at our annual Spring Concert. This event is open to the community. No registration required.

Trimester 3 Ends

The Pre-Prom “Promenade” will begin at 4:00 PM and is a great opportunity for photos! Families are welcomed to take photos and celebrate their students as they promenade along the Waterfront in this beloved Tabor tradition. Refreshments will be available in Hoyt Lobby during Promenade; all are welcome.

Prom is for Seniors and their invited guests only. Seniors may invite sophomores, juniors, and outside guests to prom. Students will board busses and depart campus for Prom immediately following the Promenade. Required prom forms will be posted on the End of Year tile in myTA. Questions may be directed to Jay Houck, Dean of Students.

Immediately following Promenade, Senior parents and guardians are cordially invited to stay for the Senior Parent/Guardian ONLY Reception in Lillard Living Room from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. (Prom is for Seniors and their guests only; students will depart immediately after they promenade.) We ask parents and guardians to please depart the tent area promptly at 6:00 PM and make their way to the reception.

Tabor is gathering in London this spring! In a first for Tabor Together, alumni, family, and friends will meet at the Royal Medicine Society in London, UK to reminisce and connect with other Tabor supporters. Graciously hosted by Richard Twining ’63.

Parents and Guardians are invited to this formal ceremony consisting of musical performances, spirited readings, and remarks by a guest speaker. Following this event, there will be a reception in the Travis Roy Campus Center. 

Join us in congratulating the Tabor Academy Class of 2024! Families may reserve seats starting at 9:00 AM; no more than six (6) seats may be reserved in a row.
