COVID Policies & Protocols

Please note: Tabor continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and its variants on the campus community and surrounding areas. The health and safety of our campus community is our highest priority. While at this point in time, we intend to proceed with on-campus events and activities, we will continue to monitor the progress of COVID-19 and its variants, and reserve the right to alter our policies and protocols at any time. All visitors on campus must abide by the COVID-19 visitor policies and protocols in place.

List of 3 items.

  • Visitors - Attestation Form Requirement

Visitors must complete an attestation form before they arrive on campus, but no more than 24-hours prior to their arrival. This helps us track who is on our campus and ensures that all visitors are healthy. It also helps us with contact tracing in the unlikely event of illness. Anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19 must stay home and will be asked to leave campus immediately.
  • Visitors - Masks Mandate

Visitors are not required to wear masks outdoors, however, we encourage visitors to wear masks outdoors when in large groups.

Visitors are required to wear masks indoors, at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Please note that indoor visitation is limited at this time; please see the section regarding On Campus Restrictions for more details.
  • Visitors - On Campus Restrictions

At this time, visitors are allowed outdoors (unmasked), and in limited indoor capacities (masked at all times). Visitors are allowed to participate in Tabor-sanctioned events, including admission tours, Tabor Day, Fall Family Weekend, and indoor sporting events. Visitors may not enter buildings independently; dorms are off limits at all times. Indoor visits must be masked at all times.

Visitors, including family members, may interact with students on campus and walk with students within extended campus boundaries — Route 6 to Main Street — but may not take students off campus during the first month of school.

The safety and health of our current community is our top priority, and as such, we reserve the right to adjust our protocols regarding on-campus visitors, including families, at any time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
