Stop by your student’s dorm for milk and cookies—a Tabor tradition in the dorms—and get to know their house parents, housemates, and families. Day student families are invited to visit their student’s dorm affiliate.
Family Association Sponsored S'mores & Dorm Wars | 7:30–8:30 PM

Cheer on your Seawolf in “dorm wars”—a popular student activity—and enjoy a s’more with parent and guardian volunteers from the Tabor Family Association.

Tabor 150 Student Artwork Retrospective | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Braitmayer Art Center
In honor of Tabor's 150th, the Visual Arts Program will host a retrospective exhibition featuring artwork and artifacts from the school’s official collection, the Archives, and even pieces dating back to 1892.

Head of School’s Residence
Family Advancement Ambassadors are a select group of families who contribute at a leadership giving level of $5,000 or more annually and are among Tabor’s most ardent supporters. Invitation only.
College Kick-Off for 11th Grade Students (Mandatory) & Families | 1:00–4:00 PM
Fireman Center for the Performing Arts (Hoyt)
Attendance required for grade 11 students. All parents/guardians of students in the Class of 2027 are highly encouraged to attend.
Advisory-Family Conferences | 12:30–3:00 PM
Various Locations
20-minute conversations with your student's advisor to reflect on progress, feedback, and goals. Expected for all students and families attending Fall Family Weekend. Families not able to attend are welcome and encouraged to set up a virtual or in-person meeting at a later time. As the weekend approaches, advisors will reach out to families to schedule these meetings.

Parents and guardians are invited to hear from Tabor faculty and senior administrators about topics that are top of mind at Tabor today.

Mingle with fellow parents & guardians and toast to Tabor’s sesquicentennial with Head of School Tony Jaccaci. Charcuterie and beer & wine served. Adults (21+) only; students not permitted. Younger siblings accompanying families must be with a parent or guardian at all times.
Cookout & Family Gathering | 5:00–6:30 PM
Tent at Duffy Turf Fields
Parents and guardians are invited to an all-school cookout under the tent near the sidelines of the football field.

Waterfront
Following the game, families are invited to toast s’mores and enjoy a bonfire by the waterfront. Pack your layers and camping chairs or blankets!
