Tabor Alumni Council Announces New Leadership

In case you missed the January issue of Currents, David DeFilippo ’84 has changed roles recently, moving from president of the Alumni Council to Tabor’s Board of Trustees. During a period of transition within the Alumni Council and its Executive Committee, Dave provided vision, strategy, and mission to the group and, as a result, volunteer membership and alumni engagement flourished under his steady hand and watchful eye. The Executive Committee and the Alumni Council are fortunate to have many dedicated alumni volunteers among its loyal ranks and the school is excited that seasoned volunteers and long-term champions of Tabor have accepted leadership roles within the Council. Lex Browning ’10, Melissa Press De La Vega ‘97, and Jenn Noering McIntire ’84 will fill the roles of president, vice president, and secretary respectively moving forward. There is little doubt that they and others will take the mantle from Dave and continue to grow and advance the objectives of Tabor’s Alumni Council.
