Olympic Gold Medalist Colleen Coyne, who recalls Tabor as "the biggest break I ever got; it changed everything," returns to serve as the next Commencement Speaker.
As Tabor recognizes the anniversary of the Travis Roy Campus Center Opening, we honor the leadership donors who have contributed to making "The Trav" a landmark on our shared map. From the grand gestures of the Class of 1995 to the daily camaraderie within the Martignetti Student Union, each story adds to the legend and legacy of the School by the Sea.
Erin Bryant, Woods Hole Sea Education Association’s Associate Professor of Ocean Policy, introduced a new elective in Tabor's history and social sciences department: "Law of the Sea." At the end of the class, students presented on a course-related topic that piqued their interest.
On February 15 and 16, 2024, Tabor hosted its inaugural Winter Arts Festival. Highlights included a keynote presentation from Mark Parsons ’86, an art show reception, and the winter musical production of “Footloose!”
Tabor Academy’s art and literary magazine, Bowsprit, has been recognized as a superior magazine by the 2023 National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) program.

The Currents, Tabor’s alumni newsletter, offers our alums a glimpse into the many facets of the Tabor community, both on campus and off. It includes news, alumni features, events, the work of the Alumni Council, and links to other areas of school life. On behalf of the Tabor Alumni Office and the Tabor Alumni Council (TAC), thank you to those who completed the Alumni Engagement Survey last fall. We followed up with more than 50 alumni who asked to be contacted to share additional feedback. Over the last few months, members of the Alumni Office and TAC dug into the feedback for Findings and Next Steps
Tabor Academy will celebrate its newest inductees into the Athletic Hall of Fame in October 2024. The Athletic Hall of Fame honors and recognizes former athletes, teams, and coaches who have created a lasting legacy at Tabor through their individual accomplishments, teamwork, sportsmanship, dedication, and leadership. Nominations may be submitted through our online form.
June 7-9, we're celebrating classes ending in 4s and 9s, along with all Admirals (alumni celebrating their 50th or greater reunion). Rally your classmates to join you for a spectacular weekend along the shores of Sippican Harbor. Register today!

CLASS NOTES
Class notes, in print and online, serve as a forum for alumni to foster community and strengthen connections. These notes allow classmates to remain connected throughout the years following graduation and, as a result, contribute to and support the development of future Seawolves, programs, and places that constitute the Tabor experience.

To access the directory, log in to myTA, find the “Directories” tab near the top of the screen, and select “Alumni.” From there, you can search for Tabor alumni by name, or browse the directory by category.
