Tabor Academy Athletic Hall of Fame
The Tabor Academy Athletic Hall of Fame exists to honor and recognize the significant contributions of former athletes, teams, coaches, and individuals who through their teamwork, dedication, leadership, and sportsmanship, have created a lasting legacy for Tabor’s athletic program.
Starting in 2019, Tabor’s Athletic Hall of Fame became a biennial event.
Tabor Academy will induct the Class of 2026 athletes, coaches, and teams into the Athletic Hall of Fame on November 14, 2026 as part of Tabor Day.
Eligibility Requirements:
Criteria for Individuals:
- Must be 10 years removed from Tabor Academy.
- Must have distinguished themselves by their outstanding participation at Tabor.
- Must have continued, after graduation, to distinguish themselves in a particular area of excellence.
- Must have represented Tabor with honor, courage, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Criteria for Teams:
- Must be 10 years removed from Tabor Academy.
- Must have distinguished themselves in their sport.
- Must have represented Tabor with honor, character, courage, and sportsmanship.
Criteria for Coaches or Individuals (non-athletes):
- Coaches and administrators shall be eligible after leaving or retiring from Tabor.
- Must have accrued a winning record, coached a championship team(s), or established a sport at Tabor.
- Must have been a positive role model, exhibited leadership qualities, and demonstrated superb sportsmanship and spirit.
- Must have made outstanding contributions to Tabor's extra-curricular or athletic program and have significantly contributed to the development of student-athletes.
All nominees submitted in previous years will be automatically considered for subsequent years.
