International Applicants
Dive into our Global Community
With more than 120 students from all over the world, you can make friends from different countries right here on campus. Our programs are designed to help you learn about new cultures, feel at home in our diverse community, and become a thoughtful citizen in our global society.
Get Ready for the WorlD!
We believe in stepping out of comfort zones and embracing new cultures. We don't just help international students fit into American school life, we also want all our students to appreciate and understand different cultures. After all, we're preparing our students for a world that's getting more connected every day.
Tabor's Global Squad
Our International Student Office is here to support you and your family; you might say they are our international student champions. They guide and support students, help with travel and visa arrangements, assist with college applications, and make Tabor's cultural vibe richer. They even travel to Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Caribbean to host Tabor events.
International Students at Tabor
Tabor's global students aren't just students, they're leaders. They run our international program, guide tours, edit the yearbook, tutor peers, and even get elected as class officers. Talk about playing an active role in campus life!
Global Scholar Programs
Tabor has the unique privilege of welcoming excellent students from four countries that send a small group of their top scholars, selected through a national competition that includes an exam and interview. This group, supported for their secondary, university, and postgraduate studies in the United States and several other countries, join us for their senior, and often junior, years. As future leaders and global citizens, they personify Tabor’s global engagement beyond our shores.
- Thai Scholars:
The Kingdom of Thailand has sent one or two Thai Scholars regularly since the early 1960s. - Crown Prince Scholars:
The Crown Prince of Bahrain has sent Bahraini Scholars since 2003. - Takatuf Scholars:
The Sultanate of Oman sent the first Takatuf Scholar in September 2014. - Ukraine Global Scholars:
Tabor welcomed its first Ukraine Global Scholar in 2022.
