Jigsaw Puzzles: Morning Mindfulness Recap

Today we made jigsaw puzzles as a focus for mindfulness practice. The activity provided us with a relaxing distraction from digital screens and daily concerns while encouraging us to slow down and create space for creativity and inner wisdom. We reflected on the experience in our journals by comparing how we felt before and after the puzzle-making session.
