The Tabor Way of Learning: Caring for an Endangered Terrapin Turtle

A unique aspect of the Tabor Way of Learning is our place-based education and waterfront location. Our campus is home to endangered terrapin turtles, one of which was recently found far from where it should have been. Listen as Mr. Jay Cassista, Director of Marine Sciences, talks about the discovery of this tiny terrapin and how Tabor has come to be a part of a Head Start program to raise a terrapin this winter.
