Julie came to Tabor in 2015 from Hawthorne Medical Associates, where she worked as a Nurse Practitioner for a busy pediatric primary care practice. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She brings extensive clinical experience in both medicine and mental health. Julie enjoys playing a vital role in the physical and mental well-being of Tabor students while making a positive contribution to the health and wellness of the Tabor community.
Currently working at the Tabor Academy Health Center as part of the nursing staff, Liz attended New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Prior to Tabor, she enjoyed many years of nursing experience in the hospital setting as well as in the local public school. Liz lives in Mattapoisett with her husband and five children. She enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with family and friends!

Previously having worked in the Tabor Health Center 2011-2013 part time, Michelle was elated to be offered a full time position in the Health Center in 2016. Michelle graduated from UMass – Dartmouth with her BSN in 2003; since then she has worked in both the hospital and home care settings. She lives in Rochester with her husband and their two boys, who fill her free time with their various activities.
Meagan Bowcock joined the Tabor Health Center in 2016. Graduating from Rhode Island College in 2003, Meagan has been practicing in a hospital setting since that time. "Prior to joining the Health Center team I taught nursing clinical for several years at UMass Dartmouth. I still currently work per diem as a nurse at the St. Luke's Emergency Department." Meagan lives in Fairhaven with her family and enjoys attending and coaching her children's sports teams, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Catherine joined the Health Center in 2015 and serves as the Administrative Assistant. Before coming to Tabor, Catherine worked in the medical insurance industry, and prior to that driving corporate sales for Loews Hotels. The mother of two children, Catherine holds a B.B.A. degree from Bishop University, Quebec, Canada, where she is from. She lives locally and enjoys spending time with family, cooking, running and discovering family-friendly areas surrounding our region.

Dr. McGinnis arrived at the school in 2014. As an Emergency Medicine physician, he is able to care for any illness, injury or complaint that may affect our students. He enjoys this relationship with the students and the opportunity to contribute to the students' health and wellbeing in order to reach their full potential. He lives in Marion, with his wife, Karen, and their two children.
Pauline joined the Tabor Academy Health Center in 2016. Pauline began her career as a new grad in the Emergency Room. She has worked in the hospital setting for over 18 years before joining the Tabor family. Her experience ranges from ER to pediatrics, ICU and public school nursing. Pauline’s certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC. Currently, she still works per diem at Tobey Hospital as an Administrative Supervisor and also in the Emergency Room. She is a mom of four who enjoys keeping active running and cycling.

Dan brings a wide variety of mental health, education, and sport psychology experience to Tabor, including his most recent role as owner and therapist of his own private practice in Burlington, VT. His past experience includes several years' of school counseling and teaching at public and private high schools, "in-home" intensive family therapy, and adolescent crisis intervention. Schools he as served include Green Mountain Valley School, New Hampton School, and the former Pine Ridge School. Dan earned a bachelor's degree from Gordon College, where he played varsity basketball, and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael's College. Dan is excited to bring a positive solution-focused approach to campus as the Director of Counseling for Tabor Academy, and is honored to join such an exceptional school community!

Kate graduated from Curry College in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She has experience in acute and subacute nursing care with an emphasis on cardiac care. She has worked at Tabor Academy since 2007, starting as the Health Center Director of the summer program and eventually joining the team full time in 2009. Kate lives in Rochester with her husband and children. She enjoys attending her children's activities and spending time with family and friends.

Liz joined the Tabor community officially in 2006, but the school has been part of her life since meeting her husband, Charley West ’82, more than 30 years ago. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know the students and caring for them as part of the Health Center nursing staff. In addition to working at Tabor as a Registered Nurse, Liz has been employed by Southcoast Health at Tobey Hospital for over 15 years as a Supervisor for Nursing, per diem. "It is a wonderful way to stay sharp with nursing skills and to remain connected to the larger community," says West. Liz highly enjoys her time with family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, reading and being creative with food.
