EFL I
This course is designed for students with limited ability in English, yet whose basic skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking are still weak. These students will focus on development and understanding common English idioms and the development and the basics of grammar. Reading and discussion of simple articles and stories as well as basic writing of simple phrases and sentences will be emphasized throughout the six weeks of the program.
EFL II
This course is designed for students who have studied the basics of English but who need reinforcement and strengthening of these skills through follow up review, practice and application. The curriculum will focus on understanding grammatical terms and structures (includes parts of speech and parts of the sentence), and on paragraph formation. It will also include reading and discussion of short stories/novels and practice writing complex sentence patterns and experienced-based journals.
