Student Life

The Tabor experience fosters kinship between students and faculty. It has support services for good health and well-being; rules and deadlines that encourage responsibility and accountability; and provides fun activities to help students make the most of school life.

Tabor students enjoy their time and friends here. Alums are forever telling us that their Tabor years are some of the happiest mments of their lives and the friendships they formed have been long-lasting.

Students find a life full of activities outside of the classroom; so much takes place on the athletic fields and in the arts -- as well as in the dormitories and faculty apartments: It is about advisee group dinners at an advisor’s home, a field trip to Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, an entire school trip to a Shakespearean production in Boston, a JazzFest Fundraiser to benefit Hurricane Katrina victims, or simply eating pizza with dorm-mates. It is about a faculty member who asks how you are or helps you with a problem, or a student who does the same for another student. It is a great place to be and as Tabor students know – it’s great to be a Seawolf!

The opportunities at Tabor are for the taking; we invite you to take advantage of them.
