Reunion 2009 Schedule

Thursday, June 11

6:00            50th Reunion Cocktails and Dinner, Headmaster's Residence

Friday, June 12

8:00             Registration/Information desk opens, Hoyt Hall
8:00 - 10:00 Breakfast, Johnson Dining Room
9:30 -1:00    50th Reunion and Admirals Luncheon Cruise aboard TABOR BOY*
Noon           BBQ Lunch for 25th Reunion Class on Waterfront
1:30             Campus Tour with Headmaster Jay Stroud
2:00 - 4:30   25th Reunion Cruise aboard TABOR BOY
3:30             Tea and conversation with Headmaster Stroud, Alumni House Living Room
4:30             Campus Tour leaving from Registration Desk
6:00             Cocktails under the Great Tent (cash bar)
7:00             Family Picnic Supper under The Great Tent with Ben & Jerry's ice cream
7:30             Registration closes

Saturday, June 13

7:30             Alumni Crew Row
8:00 - 10:00 Breakfast, Johnson Dining Room
8:00             Registration desk opens, Hoyt Hall
8:30             Planned Giving 101 Seminar, Lillard Living Room
9:00 - 11:00 Fitness Center and squash courts available
9:00             Campus Tour
9:30             TABOR BOY Family Cruise (Best time for children, must be 5 or older)*
10:30           Panel Discussion with Faculty and Administrators
10:45-11:45 Boat Tour of Marion Harbor
Noon           Admirals and 50th Reunion Luncheon in the  Executive Dining Room
12:00 - 1:30 Lunch in Johnson Dining Room
12:30          TABOR BOY Cruise*
1:00 - 3:00   Open Waterfront: Kayaks and Capri's on a 1st come 1st served basis
1:00 - 3:00   Networking Reception:  Marine and Nautical Science Facility
1:00 - 5:00   Family games: softball, croquet, frisbee on Martin Field (Movies if raining)  
1:45 - 2:30   Boat Tour of Marion Harbor
2:00 - 3:00   Campus Tour
2:00             Organ Concert by faculty member, David Horne in Wickenden Chapel
3:00             Family Ice Cream Social:  Lillard Deck
3:00             TABOR BOY Cruise*
5:30             Children's Program begins (Bring children to Hoyt Upper Lobby- 5 and older welcome )
5:30             Reunion Awards Cocktail Party (by special invitaiton), Headmaster's Residence
6:00             Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the Waterfront (cash bar)
6:30             Class Photograph Taken
7:00             Surf & Turf Banquet Dinner under The Great Tent
7:30             Registration Closes
8:00             Reunion Awards and Recognition
8:30 - 11:00 Music & Dancing

*All TABOR BOY Cruises require pre-registration at the Registration Desk.

Sunday, June 14

9:00             Alumni Memorial Chapel Service
9-11:00        Farewell Brunch

Sign up for TABOR BOY cruises, harbor tours, small boat sailing, and crew race at the Registration Desk
Registration Desk in Hoyt Hall Lobby is open Friday and Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Tabor Shop in Hoyt Hall Lobby is open Friday 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
