Our students get involved in clubs, organizations, and community service projects. Beginning in their first year at Tabor, students are encouraged to take on the responsibility of a leadership position. Students have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and realize the satisfaction of contributing to school life through a variety of ways and venues, from dorms, athletic teams and the Admissions Office to school-wide organizations and committees. It’s also a great way to develop new interests and skills, share talents with the school community, and widen one's circle of friends.

Leadership positions at Tabor:

  • Head of School and Student Council President
  • Student Council Members/Class Officers
  • Executive Officer on SSV Tabor Boy
  • Head of Student Activities Committee
  • Editors of Student Newspaper, Yearbook and Literary Magazine
  • Head of International Student Organization
  • Head Admission Tour Guides
  • Members of Academic Honor Committee
  • Peer Listeners
  • Dormitory and Day Student Proctors
  • Athletic Team Captain

Some other activities that Tabor students participate in:

  • Speech and Debate Team
  • Community Service Program
  • FM radio station, WWTA
  • Vocal and instrumental groups
  • Student Activities Committee
  • Mock Trial Team

Every year students start new clubs -- the list is ever changing and growing.
